Auto Torque’s Evo 7 – A rare opportunity and now available own

The time has come to sell Auto Torque’s much loved and very well cared for 2001 Mitsubishi Evo 7 VII GSR.

This car was imported from Japan in 2009, shortly before I purchased it in November 2010 at 52,000 miles, with only the original importer and 1 private keeper on the V5C.

The current mileage is very low at just 62,749 with the most recent MOT carried out 24.09.2019 and expires on 27.09.2020 with no advisories.

Having owned the car since just after being imported into the UK I know the full history and modifications carried out. When I originally purchased the car it was in totally standard form. The car was purchased with the goal in mind to be the company demo Evo VII (Auto Torque – Evo Specialists) to carry out some MLR sprints, shows and customer demonstrations to showcase our work. Auto Torque have owned, maintained and extensively developed this car over the past 10 years.

As you can see from the mileage and MOT history it has covered very few miles each year and now the time has come, after 9 years to find the car a new owner. The list of modifications, upgrades and changes the car has undergone are listed below. As you can see, only the best parts and expertise have been applied to this car, to commission this build yourself the bill would run into £40,000. This is a ready-to-go fast road or track car with a great platform to become a clubman competition car with some safety equipment.

The current forged engine build, carried out in 2014 using the components listed below, produced 465 BHP and included all belts.

Not only has the Evo had an MOT test and a full fluid service every year but also 6 monthly oil changes without fail. In addition to this routine servicing, it has also received fresh oils after every modification, where fluids were required to be drained. So in summary, it has undergone many more transmission and engine oil changes than required, resulting in all oils being golden and clean.
