INTERIM SERVICE / 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes 1st)
What it includes:
Oil, oil filter and sump plug replacement (we only use the highest grade of oil supplied direct from the main dealers). Visual inspection of engine bay and vehicle body. Check and top up fluid levels as required, check lights, wiper blades, brakes, tyres (damage, pressure and tread depth including spare), check all drive belts, fuel system and pipe work, cooling system (including fan operation), wheel bearings, suspension (shock absorbers, springs, joints, mounts and bushings), drive shafts and boots, brakes lines (flexible and fixed), wheel alignment quick check, exhaust, seatbelts. Computer diagnostics check using Ross Tech Vag Com, reset service light, road test and service wash.
FULL SERVICE / 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes 1st)
It includes everything we do in our Interim Service with the addition of
Air filter, Spark Plugs (petrol vehicles), Fuel Filter (diesel vehicles). Lubrication of all moving parts (doors, hinges, locks, catches and gear linkage), check quality of brake fluid and antifreeze, gear oil level, differential oil level (if possible), operation of all controls and switches, adjust handbrake (if possible), check air conditioning and pollen filter.

Haldex Servicing
The Haldex 4wd System used on the Transverse Mounted VAG 4 Wheel Drive Systems consists of two components, A Haldex Clutch Coupling and the Rear Final Drive Differential. As well as this some of the performance 2wd Models now have a Haldex Front Differential which works in a similar way.
Haldex coupling – This is a wet multi-plate clutch system operated by a fluid pump (Haldex Controller) which requires servicing every 20,000 miles in the way of fresh Haldex Oil and a new Haldex Filter.
Final Drive Differential – This is the mechanical system which provides the drive to the two rear wheels. This uses a lubricating gear oil which according to the owner’s manual is a lifetime fluid. Many of our customers however choose to replace this oil between 50,000 and 75,000 miles as a matter of preventative maintenance.

Intake Valve Carbon Clean / Injector Cleaning
Improve your cars performance by removing the carbon deposits that build up in your vehicles intake system. Over time this build up reduces the air flow in to your engine and steals precious BHP!
The advantages of carrying out a decoke….
The TFSI engines suffer from a build up of carbon deposits on the inlet valves, mostly due to the fact that the move to direct injection was made instead of port injection so fuel does not pass the inlet valves that ultimately kept them clean on the previous engine offerings.
This can cause restriction in airflow and ultimately hinder power output.

DSG Transmission Service
This service needs to be carried out every 40,000 miles.
Your DSG gearbox has two computer controlled clutches that work with very fine tolerances. When the gearbox oil is dirty it will affect the performance and damage other components. Dirty oil can overheat the gearbox and cause the clutches to burn out it will also stop the gear change being as smooth and eventually cause the system to fail all together.
