AUTO TORQUE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER OUR EVO X & RALLIART AYC PUMP RELOCATION KIT WHICH HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN HOUSE. THIS ENABLES YOU TO MOVE THE PUMP FROM ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION, FROM UNDERNEATH THE CAR, TO INSIDE THE BOOT SPACE.
The factory location of the ACD / AYC pump has been known to cause early failure of the pump due to having direct contact with road dirt and grime. It is very common to see the plate inside the pump corroded, causing a loss of pressure and the pump to turn off. The Evo X is particularly susceptible to motor failure due to their poor design and weak internals.
We are pleased to offer our Evo X AYC relocation kit, which allows the pump to be moved to the boot space. This allows the AYC pump to be moved away from ingress of water and road dirt, which eventually leads to pump failure meaning a costly replacement of the unit.
Many race teams that run the Evolution already do this as to avoid crash damaging the pump when being tracked/rallied.
Kit includes:
- Auto Torque AYC high pressure braided hoses x 3
- Anti Vibration mounts
- AYC pump support bracket powder coated black
- An optional extra – a cover in grey carpet to hide the pump away
Price for the Evo X relocation kit is £347 + VAT.
If you would like your AYC relocation kit fitted, the labour price is £437.50 + VAT. (plus the AYC pump, Fluid & relocation kit price above)
